§ 8. From funds appropriated to it for this purpose, the Department of Public Health shall annually make grants to regional poison resource centers to provide fast, accurate information for poison prevention, detection, surveillance, and treatment. The Department of Public Health shall develop standards to delineate the responsibilities of poison resource centers receiving funds under this Section.
