§ 2105-368. Data on applications. In conjunction with applications for licensure, the Department shall request, and applicants may voluntarily provide, demographic information that includes sex, ethnicity, race, and disability. On or before March 1 of each calendar year, the Department shall publish a report on the Department's website that contains the demographic information it collected the preceding calendar year, the number of applications for licensure and renewal of licensure it received in the preceding calendar year, and the number of applicants who were denied licensure in the preceding calendar year regardless of whether application was made in that calendar year.
