§ 2105-175. Reexaminations or rehearings. Whenever the Director is satisfied that substantial justice has not been done either in an examination or in the revocation of, refusal to renew, suspension, placing on probationary status, reprimanding, fining, or taking of other disciplinary action as may be authorized in any licensing Act administered by the Department with regard to a license, certificate, or authority, the Director may order reexaminations or rehearings by the same or other examiners or hearing officers.
