§ 205-340. Pesticide contamination at agrichemical facilities. In accordance with constitutional limitations and to the extent necessary to carry out the Department's powers and duties under paragraph 8 of Section 19 of the Illinois Pesticide Act, 1 the Department has the power to enter at all reasonable times upon any private or public property.
