Illinois Statutes Chapter 20. Executive Branch § 1920/2.01. Designation of Lands

§ 2.01. Designation of Lands. The Department shall designate abandoned lands to be reclaimed in accordance with this Act, and shall determine which lands shall be acquired by the Department for the purpose of this Act. The Department shall by rule establish criteria for the designation of abandoned lands for reclamation and acquisition.
