§ 1905-105. Proof of records in legal proceedings; fee for certification. The papers, entries, and records of the Department or parts thereof may be proved in any legal proceeding by a copy thereof certified under the signature of the keeper thereof in the name of the Department with a seal of the Department attached. A fee of $1.00 shall be paid to the Department for the certification.
