Illinois Statutes Chapter 20. Executive Branch § 1805/85. Orders from civil officers

§ 85. Orders from civil officers to any military commander shall specify only the work to be done or result to be attained and shall not include the method to be employed as to which the military officer shall exercise his discretion and be the sole judge as to what means are necessary.
