Illinois Statutes Chapter 20. Executive Branch § 1805/28. Purchases during an emergency

§ 28. When the Commander-in-Chief proclaims a time of public danger or when an emergency exists, the Adjutant General may purchase or authorize the purchase of stores and supplies in accordance with the emergency purchase provisions in the Illinois Procurement Code.
