§ 1710-125. Re-entry services program. The Department of Human Services shall establish a re-entry services program to assist persons wrongfully imprisoned, as defined in Section 3-1-2 of the Unified Code of Corrections, in obtaining mental health services, including services for post-traumatic stress, at an agreed-upon mental health facility at no charge. The Department of Human Services shall promulgate rules, no later than July 1, 2011, establishing the eligibility of wrongfully imprisoned persons for the Department's re-entry services program.
