§ 61. The Department may establish and maintain a trust fund to be known as the “Interstate Services Trust Fund”. This trust fund shall be used for advancing money for travel expenses in connection with the return of patients to other States and for employees designated to accompany the patients. The trust fund shall be reimbursed from any applicable appropriation for travel expenses of the Department.
