§ 47. The facility director of each facility under the jurisdiction of the Department shall develop and implement written policies and procedures to insure that employees and visitors are properly identified at all times they are on the grounds of the facility. Proper identification or other specified credentials shall be required for all persons, including employees, entering and exiting grounds of any mental health facility. The Secretary of the Department may establish uniform procedures for identification pursuant to the provisions of this Section that shall apply to all facilities under the jurisdiction of the Department.
