§ 7.5. The Board shall report to the Governor, the Attorney General, the Speaker of the House, the President of the Senate, the minority leaders of both houses, and such other State officers as from time to time it deems appropriate, any matters which it deems to require an immediate change in the laws of this State in order to prevent abuses and evasions of this Act or rules and regulations promulgated thereunder or to rectify undesirable conditions in connection with the administration or operation of the lottery.
