§ 7.16. Voluntary self-exclusion program for Internet lottery sales. Any resident, or non-resident if allowed to participate in the pilot program, may voluntarily prohibit themselves from establishing an Internet lottery account. The Department shall incorporate the voluntary self-exclusion program for Internet lottery accounts into any existing self-exclusion program that it operates on the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 96th General Assembly.
