§ 14.3. Misuse of proprietary material prohibited. Except as may be provided in Section 7.11, or by bona fide sale or by prior authorization from the Department or the Division, or otherwise by law, all premiums, promotional and other proprietary material produced or acquired by the Department as part of its advertising and promotional activities shall remain the property of the Department. Nothing herein shall be construed to affect the rights or obligations of the Department or any other person under federal or State trademark or copyright laws.
