Illinois Statutes Chapter 20. Executive Branch § 1120/6. Advisory nature of plans and programs; adoption by Commission, Governor or General Assembly

§ 6. All plans and programs are advisory in nature except where authority otherwise provided has been granted to the Department or to the Commission. The Commission, Governor or the General Assembly may adopt all of the recommendations, or may adopt parts of a recommendation, without adopting the entire recommended plan or program.
