Illinois Statutes Chapter 20. Executive Branch § 105/5.01. Status of transferred personnel

§ 5.01. The status of personnel to be transferred from the Department of Public Aid to the Department on Aging, whether under the “Personnel Code”  1 or under any other law relating to State employees, is not affected by this transfer.
