§ 35. Department of Healthcare and Family Services duties. The Department of Healthcare and Family Services shall establish a community advisory committee for oversight of the implementation process, toll-free telephone lines for employers with child support questions, an expedited hearing process for non-custodial parents who contest an employer's execution of an order for withholding and brochures and public service announcements that inform the general public about the New Hire Directory and how to utilize it, within the federal and State confidentiality laws, in pursuit of child support.
