§ 8.2. Each farmworker recruited for employment pursuant to Section 8.1 shall be provided with a written summary of the laws of the State of Illinois relevant to his employment. The summary shall be both in English and the language in which the farmworker is fluent. The summary shall include, but is not limited to, explanations of Illinois law regarding payments of wages, wage assignments, wage deduction orders and migrant labor camps.
