Illinois Statutes Chapter 20. Executive Branch § 1015/1. Public employment offices; establishment

§ 1. Public employment offices; establishment. The Department of Employment Security is authorized to establish and maintain State employment offices as provided in Section 1705 of the Unemployment Insurance Act for the purpose of receiving applications of persons seeking employment and applications of persons seeking to employ labor.
