§ 1. All the privileges, benefits, obligations and conditions of an Act of Congress entitled “An Act to provide for the establishment of a National employment system and for cooperation with the states in the promotion of such system, and for other purposes,” 1 are hereby accepted by the State of Illinois and the Department of Employment Security is authorized and empowered and it shall be its duty to cooperate with the United States Employment Service and to coordinate the services and work of the public employment offices of the State with the services and work of such national employment system and to do all the things which are necessary to obtain the benefits which are available under the provisions of the aforementioned Federal Act.
