§ 1. The Treasurer of the State of Illinois be, and is hereby authorized to receive from the United States all money which may be now coming, or which shall hereafter accrue to the said state under and by virtue of the provisions of “An Act of the Congress of the United States of America, entitled ‘An Act to provide aid to states and territorial homes for the support of disabled soldiers and sailors of the United States,’ approved August 27, 1888.” 1
