§ 8. All proposals and applications shall be retained by the State Treasurer in accordance with the State Treasurer's approved record retention policy, and shall be open at all reasonable hours to public inspection. The State Treasurer shall maintain a current list of the financial institutions serving as State depositories of public moneys, with a statement of the rate of interest paid by each and the maturity date of such deposits, which list shall likewise be open to public inspection and shall be updated and posted on the State Treasurer's official website.
