§ 14. Forms of documents. The Comptroller may prescribe and require State agencies to use forms for all documents required by law in the performance of his duties or which he may reasonably require therefor. The Comptroller may prescribe by rule the general nature of information to be contained in contracts required to be filed with him under Sections 11 and 15 of this Act. Any such rule shall be adopted, amended or repealed as provided by the Illinois Administrative Procedure Act. 1
The Comptroller may, when he deems it advisable for the promotion of efficiency in State government, accept magnetic tape vouchers, electronically submitted vouchers, and computer output microfiche vouchers. The Comptroller shall process such vouchers as provided in Section 9. These vouchers shall be subject to conditions and requirements established by the Comptroller.
Computer output microfiche vouchers shall be deemed original records under the Comptroller's Records Act. 2
