§ 18. Federal aid. The Secretary of State and State Librarian is authorized and empowered to do all things necessary and proper to fully cooperate with the United States government in the administering of any Act heretofore, or hereafter enacted for the purpose of appropriation of funds for the payment of salaries, library materials, access to electronic resources, library supplies, equipment, the construction of library buildings, library services throughout the State, and for library services to persons with physical disabilities.
