Illinois Statutes Chapter 15. Executive Officers § 320/12. Replacement of library materials

§ 12. Replacement of library materials. Any person who fails to return any borrowed item within the time prescribed by the State Librarian, or damages the item, is responsible for replacement or replacement costs, as determined by the State Librarian or his or her designee.
