§ 65. Interagency agreements. To the extent necessary or prudent to fully implement the intent of this Act, the Department of Central Management Services, the Department of Corrections, the Department of Human Services, the Department of Juvenile Justice, the Department of Veterans' Affairs, and the Department of Healthcare and Family Services may enter into one or more interagency agreements to ensure the full and appropriate transfer of all State healthcare purchasing functions transferred from the Department of Healthcare and Family Services under this Act.
