§ 17.1. Precedents established by other labor boards. Unless contradicted by administrative precedent previously established by the Board, all final decisions in representation and unfair labor practice cases decided by the State or Local Panel of the Illinois Labor Relations Board or their predecessors, the Illinois State Labor Relations Board and the Illinois Local Labor Relations Board previously created under the Illinois Public Labor Relations Act, 1 which have not been reversed by subsequent court rulings shall be considered, but need not be followed, by the Board.
