Illinois Statutes Chapter 110. Higher Education § 945/6.18. Necessary and proper actions

§ 6.18. Necessary and proper actions. The Authority shall have the power to authorize its officers, agents and employees to take such action and do such things as shall be necessary or desirable in order to carry out and effectuate the purposes of the Act.
