Illinois Statutes Chapter 110. Higher Education § 805/7-20. Ascertainment of tax rate

§ 7-20. In ascertaining the rate per cent that will produce the amount of any tax levied under Section 7-18 the county clerk may not add any amount to cover any loss or cost of collecting the tax.
