Illinois Statutes Chapter 110. Higher Education § 805/6-4.2. In-district tuition charge

§ 6-4.2. In-district tuition charge. Notwithstanding any other provision of law or administrative rule to the contrary, for tuition purposes, a student shall be classified as a resident of a community college district after establishing the 30-day residency requirement of the district.
