Illinois Statutes Chapter 110. Higher Education § 805/4-8. Claims against district and board

§ 4-8. The Illinois Court of Claims shall have exclusive jurisdiction of all claims either in tort or contract against the experimental district and its board of trustees, including any such claims filed upon or after the abolition of the experimental district as provided in Section 2-12.1.
