§ 3-50. The Employment Advisory Board shall, upon its first meeting, elect one of its members as chairman and another as vice chairman. A secretary, who may or may not be a member, shall also be elected. A majority of the Employment Advisory Board shall constitute a quorum. Members of the Employment Advisory Board shall serve without compensation. Any vacancies, through resignations or otherwise, shall be filled by the Community College District Board of Trustees.
