Illinois Statutes Chapter 110. Higher Education § 660/5-10. Board of Trustees of Chicago State University; creation

§ 5-10. There is hereby created a body politic and corporate which shall be styled the Board of Trustees of Chicago State University (hereinafter called the Board), and which shall operate, manage, control, and maintain Chicago State University in accordance with the rights, powers and duties now or hereafter vested by law in that Board.
