Illinois Statutes Chapter 110. Higher Education § 65/5. Requirement

§ 5. Requirement. All gasoline burning motor vehicles owned or leased by any State college or university shall be equipped to operate on ethanol blended gasoline as defined in Section 3-40 of the Use Tax Act  1 and are required to be operated on ethanol blended gasoline whenever ethanol blended gasoline is available.
