§ 4. Students selected by a public institution of higher education to furnish tutorial services: (i) shall meet basic requirements established by the State Board of Education pursuant to Section 2-3.49 of The School Code, as now or hereafter amended; 1 and (ii) shall be assigned by such institution to a specific school district or districts, on a regularly recurring basis, and to a particular representative of such district who shall be responsible for providing any necessary supervision and direction to the student furnishing such tutorial services.
