§ 6.5. List of individuals that may not be admitted for treatment prohibited. The University of Illinois Hospital may not maintain a list of individuals that may not be admitted for treatment at the University of Illinois Hospital. Nothing in this Section shall be construed to prohibit the University of Illinois Hospital or a member of the University of Illinois Hospital's medical staff from recommending an alternate provider, coordinating an appropriate transfer, or arranging access to care services that best meets the needs of an individual patient.
