Illinois Statutes Chapter 110. Higher Education § 310/5. President of board; withdrawal of money

§ 5. The trustees of the said University shall elect, annually, from their own number, a president; and no money shall be drawn from the treasury of the University, except by order of the board of trustees, on the warrant of the president of the said board, countersigned by the recording secretary.
