§ 1a. The Board of Trustees shall comply with the provisions of “An Act concerning the use of Illinois mined coal in certain plants and institutions”, filed July 13, 1937; 1 provided that in the purchase of any coal or other fuel used in the operation of the University of Illinois, the provisions of Section 30 of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois 2 (repealed by P.A. 90-572) shall not apply to limit the price authorized to be paid by the Board of Trustees for any such coal or fuel.
