§ 5. Upon written notice by the Board of Higher Education to any institution receiving or applying for a grant, the Board may examine the institution's student enrollment records for the purpose of verification, amendment or correction and, as a condition of any grant, may require the institution to submit a post-grant audit to verify enrollments.
