§ 2. Proof of immunization. No person shall attend a post-secondary educational institution without presenting proof that he or she has received such immunizations against preventable communicable diseases as the Department shall require by rules and regulations promulgated pursuant to this Act and “An Act in relation to the prevention of certain communicable diseases”, approved July 5, 1967, as now or hereafter amended, 1 except as provided in Section 3 of this Act. The proof of immunization required by this Section shall be presented to the post-secondary educational institution.
