Illinois Statutes Chapter 105. Schools § 510/1. Validation of school elections

§ 1. In all cases where prior to the effective date of this Act an election was held for members of the board of education of a special charter school district, the validity of such election shall not be affected by whether the election was conducted by the board of education or by a board of election commissioners existing within the district.
