Illinois Statutes Chapter 105. Schools § 5/8-18. District in two or more townships--Taxes--Treasurer

§ 8-18. District in two or more townships--Taxes--Treasurer. When a district is composed of parts of two or more townships, any treasurer not authorized to receive the taxes of the district shall notify the school board of the amount of funds held by him to the credit of the district, and the school board shall thereupon give the proper treasurer an order for the funds.
