§ 8-13. Statement of condition of funds. On or before June 30, annually, the township treasurer shall deliver to the county superintendent of schools a statement verified by his affidavit, showing the exact condition of the township funds. Such statement shall contain a description of all bonds, mortgages, notes and other securities, held as principal of the township fund, giving names, dates, amounts, rates of interest, when due, and other data necessary to a full understanding of the condition of the funds.
