§ 3A-8. The location of the office for a multi-county educational service region, which has been consolidated pursuant to the terms of this Article, shall be determined by a committee composed of the chairmen of the county boards of all counties in the region. In the event of a tie vote by such committee, the chairman of the regional board of school trustees shall cast the deciding vote.
