Illinois Statutes Chapter 105. Schools § 5/34-18.40. Compliance with Chemical Safety Acts

§ 34-18.40. Compliance with Chemical Safety Acts. The Board of Education must adopt a procedure to comply with the requirements of the Lawn Care Products Application and Notice Act and the Structural Pest Control Act. The superintendent must designate a staff person who is responsible for compliance with the requirements of these Acts.
