§ 33-7. Notice of election--Law applicable--Statement of proposition. The Chief Judge of the Circuit Court or any Judge of that Circuit designated by the Chief Judge shall give notice of the election at which such proposition is to be submitted by publishing the notice in accordance with the general election law. If a majority of the votes cast upon the proposition is in favor thereof this Article shall thereby be adopted by the school district, and the circuit court shall thereupon enter an order declaring this Article in force therein.
