Illinois Statutes Chapter 105. Schools § 5/26-8b. Hearing on petition; time

§ 26-8b. When a petition is filed, it shall be set for an adjudicatory hearing within 10 days and acted upon within 30 days, subject to the provisions of the Juvenile Court Act  1 or the Juvenile Court Act of 1987  2 if filed thereunder.
