§ 24-23. Teacher transcript of credits. Each teacher shall file with the superintendent of the school in which he is teaching or, if there is no such superintendent, with the Regional Superintendent of Schools a complete transcript of credits earned in recognized institutions of higher learning attended by him. On or before September 1 of each year thereafter, unless otherwise provided in a collective bargaining agreement, every teacher shall file a transcript of any credits that have been earned since the date the last transcript was filed.
Such record of credits shall be used as the base for determining the minimum salary for such teachers as provided by Section 24--8 of this Act.
