§ 24-1.1. Employment of public school employees by nonpublic schools. Employees of public schools may be employed on a part-time or temporary basis by private or parochial schools, providing that such employment is in no way connected with or subsidized by their public school employment, and provided further that such private or parochial employment does not conflict or interfere with an employee's public school duties.
