§ 2-3.45. Approval of ethnic schools instruction. To approve ethnic schools programs for the purpose of teaching a foreign language if such programs meet the minimum standards established for such programs by the State Board of Education. The Board shall consider for approval only those ethnic schools which voluntarily apply to the Board for approval.
